FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: KIDS' & TWEENS BROWN SUGAR BOX SUBSCRIPTION:
HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
As a subscriber, your kids and tweens will get a box filled with new releases and limited edition (subscriber-only) products. The boxes will include 4-6 products and ships every 3 months. Each box will include at least one Izzy & Liv tee along with other fabulous items.
HOW MUCH ARE THE BROWN SUGAR KIDS’ & TWEENS' BOX SUBSCRIPTIONS?
The Kids' & Tweens' Brown Sugar Box subscriptions are $55 quarterly plus $7.95 shipping.
WHICH BOX SHOULD I GET FOR MY CHILD?
The recommended age range for the Kids’ Brown Sugar Box is 4-8 years old.
The recommended age range for the Tweens’ Brown Sugar Box is 9-13 years old.
DO YOU STILL HAVE THE YOUNG KING BOX SUBSCRIPTION AVAILABLE?
The February 2022 Box was the last official edition of the Young King Subscription Box. To learn more, click HERE.
HOW MUCH WILL THE PRODUCTS IN THE BOX BE WORTH? ARE THEY JUST SAMPLES?
Products included will be full-size products – no sample sizes! The total retail value of the items in the box will be $105.
IT SAYS EVERY BOX WILL INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE TEE – HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHAT SIZE TO SEND ME?
At the time of purchase, you will have the option to choose your child’s shirt size. We would advise ordering at least one size up.
ARE THE KIDS’ AND TWEENS’ BOXES AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
Yes! International shipping is available, shipping rates will be based on your location.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR THE MONTHLY RECURRING MEMBERSHIP?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time in your Brown Sugar Box Account Settings. If you've already been billed/paid for the next box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and click on the Subscription tab, then click "edit" next to your subscription. You can also email us at support@izzyandliv.com to request that we cancel for you.
CAN I CHANGE MY MONTHLY BILLING OR SHIPPING DATE?
We are unable to modify the billing or shipping dates for your subscription.
CAN I SIGN UP FOR JUST ONE BOX? AND NOT AUTO RENEW?
You can sign up for the quarterly subscription, and cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to the schedule below for the renewal billing dates. We also offer gift (one-time) subscriptions that do not renew - If you are looking to receive a box for a specific event - please refer to the chart below to determine when you should purchase your subscription.

CAN I APPLY AN IZZY & LIV DISCOUNT CODE TO THE BROWN SUGAR KIDS’ BOXES?
Our box items are already heavily discounted and currently do not allow stacking of promo codes and offers. When we do promotions on the box, that promotion price will be automatically reflected in the box price at sign up.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express debit cards and credit cards as well as PayPal as payment for rebillable subscription orders. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept checks, money orders, gift cards, or link routing numbers to your account.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE BOXES?
Boxes are ground shipped via XParcel Ground. The boxes are placed in plain white poly-envelopes to remain obscure (and not tempt sticky fingers)!
CAN I PUT MY SUBSCRIPTION ON HOLD?
Yes, you can skip a future delivery and not be billed for it without having to cancel your entire subscription. To do so, you must login into your account and under the upcoming billing schedule tab, you will be allowed to process a skip request.
If you are requesting to skip more than 2 months, we suggest cancelling your subscription and returning when you are ready to resume.
I RECEIVED MY BOX AND I AM MISSING AN ITEM, ONE OF MY ITEMS WAS DAMAGED, OR MY SHIRT IS NOT THE SIZE I ORDERED. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
If you received your Kids & Tweens Brown Sugar Boxes and you are missing an item from your box, an item has been damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong size shirt, please email us at support@izzyandliv.com within 7 days from receipt of your box and we will replace the item for you. Unfortunately, after 7 days from the date your box has been delivered, we will not replace the item.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We do not accept returns or exchanges currently for Brown Sugar Box items, but we welcome your feedback to improve. Email us at support@izzyandliv.com to share your thoughts - we value your feedback and our mission is to make every Brown Sugar Box more than worth your while!
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE AND STYLE PREFERENCES?
You can change your size preference in your Brown Sugar Box account or by emailing us at support@izzyandliv.com to update your preferences for you.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE SOMETHING IN MY BROWN SUGAR BOX?
Though we cannot accept returns for the Kids’ & Tweens’ Brown Sugar Box deal items we absolutely want to hear from you about what you like and don't like. Email us at support@izzyandliv.com and tell us what you didn't love. Your feedback will help us to make sure we make this box as amazing and valuable as it can be. As far as the item(s), you can always give them to a friend, coworker, family member - these items make GREAT gifts!
HOW DO I SHARE MY PICTURE OR UNBOXING VIDEO WITH YOU?
Yes! We live for in living color customer feedback and reviews! Just post your pics or video on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and hashtag #brownsugarboxkids #brownsugarboxtweens #izzyandliv. You can also leave a photo review on the Brown Sugar Kids’ Boxes subscription page!
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING OR PAYMENT INFORMATION?
You can change your shipping address in your Brown Sugar Box account, or you can email us at support@izzyandliv.com to update it for you. If you make any changes to your mailing address in your dashboard any time after you subscribe or your subscription renews, please email us immediately to confirm if it is not too late to have your address manually updated in time for the current box.
You can update your payment information in your Brown Sugar Account as well. Due to security, safety and required encryption, please do not email us with payment information to be updated. That must be done by you and you only, directly via our secure billing system.
MY BOX WAS RETURNED TO YOU. WILL IT BE RESHIPPED?
If your Brown Sugar Kids’ Box is returned back to us, it will be held for 7 days. A processing fee of $7.99 will be applied to all reshipped orders. Any changes to your mailing address MUST be made prior to rebilling. Whatever address is on file at the time of renewal on the 15th is the address your box will be shipped to. To verify your address or make updates you can do so in your Brown Sugar Account or alternatively, contact us at support@izzyandliv.com and we can do so for you.
I HAVE A BLOG OR VLOG AND WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW THE BROWN SUGAR BOX. CAN I RECEIVE A BOX TO REVIEW?
You can email us at info@izzyandliv.com with information about your blog or vlog including traffic and subscriber stats (include social media channels) for consideration. Subject: Kids & Tweens Brown Sugar Box Review Request.
I HAVE A PRODUCT THAT I WOULD LIKE CONSIDERED FOR INCLUSION IN A FUTURE BOX. WHO DO I CONTACT?
You can email us at partnerships@izzyandliv.com with information about your company and product. Subject: Brown Sugar Kids’ Box Product Submission.
I WANT A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION BUT I DON'T WANT TO PAY ALL AT ONCE. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
If you do not want to pay for a gift subscription all at once, you can order a regular quarterly recurring subscription and set the ship to address to the person you are gifting the box to but the billing information would be your information. You could also change the email address in the account to the person you are gifting to so that they would get the shipping notifications each month. If you want the person you are gifting to be able to manage the account themselves (so change their size at anytime themselves, skip months, change shipping address, etc.) you can give them access to the account by providing them with the username (which will be the email on the account) and password (that you create and they can change at anytime).
If you want a gift subscription to be separate from your own account dashboard, when purchased, order under a different email address, otherwise, if you get a box already, the 2nd subscription will be added and managed under your existing box account, and not as 2 separate account dashboards.
One thing to note is that the 1 box (quarterly), or 4 boxes (12-month) subscriptions do not renew after the time frame (so if you bought 12-months, after 12 months it would not renew for another 12 months). The quarterly non-gift versions will renew indefinitely until it is canceled. So if you did not want to pay for more than say 6 months, you would need to cancel after 6 months, or you would need to have the person you are gifting to change the billing info to their billing information if they want to keep it.
