Whats The 411?
- Boxes are shipped once a month, starting around 3rd week of each month.
- If you first subscribe between the 1st and midnight on the 14th of the month, you will receive the current month's box as your first box.
- If you first subscribe between the 15th and end of the month (30th, 31st etc), your first box will be next month's box.
- Renewals are on the 1st of the month following. Cancel or skip at any time! No hassles!

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
As a Brown Sugar Box Subscriber, you’ll get a box filled with the BEST of Izzy & Liv including best sellers, new releases and limited edition (subscriber-only) products.
Your box will include at least 5 new products every month. You will always get at least one Izzy & Liv apparel item (a graphic tee, etc) along with other fabulous items, usually following theme for that month!
HOW MUCH WILL THE PRODUCTS IN THE BOX BE WORTH? ARE THEY JUST SAMPLES?
Products included will be full-size products - no sample sizes! The total retail value of items in the box will be $100 or more!
HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHAT SIZE TO SEND ME? CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE?
Yes, every box will include at least one Izzy & Liv tee, tank or maybe even sweatshirt or other apparel item! Before you add a Brown Sugar Box Subscription to your cart, you will be able to select your preferred style (Unisex for a looser relaxed fit or Ladies Fit for form-fitting fit) and size.
If at any time in the future you want to change your size preference you will be able to do so by changing your reference i your admin or contacting us to update it for you.
IS THE BROWN SUGAR BOX AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
Yes! International shipping is available, shipping rates will be based on your location.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
You will be billed for your first box with your initial purchase when you sign up.
Starting with your second box, you will be billed on the 1st of each month going forward, and our boxes will start shipping around the 15th of the month.
You will not be billed for the next box the 1st of the following month, after the box from the current month has been shipped .
Your subscription will auto-renew each month unless you decide to skip a month or cancel.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Your subscription can be canceled at anytime in your Brown Sugar Box Account Settings. If you've already been billed/paid for the next box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and click on the Subscription tab, then click "edit" next to your subscription. You can also email us at support@izzyandliv.com to request that we do this for you.
NOTE: You must cancel before the last day of the month of the month in order to not be charged for renewal on the 1st.
CAN I SIGN UP FOR JUST ONE BOX AND NOT AUTO RENEW?
Brown Sugar Boxes are only available as part of a subscription. If you’d like to try just one box, buy a monthly subscription, which can be canceled at any time on or before the next box shipment/billing cutoff
We also offer multi month gift subscriptions that do not renew.
CAN I APPLY AN IZZY & LIV DISCOUNT CODE TO THE BROWN SUGAR BOX?
Izzy & Liv general shop discount codes (including codes received from our prize wheel, promo emails etc) cannot be applied to get an additional discount off of the Brown Sugar Box. Our box items are already heavily discounted and we do not at this time allow stacking of promo code and offers. When we do promotions on the box, that promotion price will be automatically reflected in the box price at sign up.
WHEN DO YOU SHIP THE BOXES EACH MONTH?
The Brown Sugar Boxes begin shipping around the 3rd week of each month. The boxes are shipped daily in batches until the last batch is shipped. Once your box ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email. Transit times which will vary depending on how close or how far you are located from where we ship, people. Late renewal may cause a delay in receipt.
CAN I PUT MY SUBSCRIPTION ON HOLD?
Yes, you can skip a future delivery and not be billed for it, without having to cancel your entire subscription. In order to do so, you must login into account and under the upcoming billing schedule tab, you will be allowed to process a skip request. To prevent unwanted charges requests should be made by the 28th.
If you are requesting to skip more than 2 months, we suggest cancelling your subscription and returning when you are ready to resume.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE SOMETHING IN MY BROWN SUGAR BOX?
As this is a surprise box, we cannot accept returns for the brown sugar box deal items we absolutely want to hear from you about what you like and don't like. Email us at support@izzyandliv.com and tell us what you didn't love. Your feedback will help us to make sure we make this box as amazing and valuable as it can be. As far as the item(s), you can always give them to a friend, coworker, family member - these items make GREAT gifts!
DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON BOX ITEMS?
If you received your Brown Sugar Box and you are missing an item from your box, an item has been damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong size shirt, please email us at support@izzyandliv.com within 7 days from receipt of your box and we will replace the item for you. Unfortunately, after 7 days from the date your box has been delivered, we will not replace the item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons a for Brown Sugar Box items, but we welcome your feedback to improve. Email us at support@izzyandliv.com to share your thoughts - we value your feedback and our mission is to make every Brown Sugar Box more than worth your while!
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING OR PAYMENT INFORMATION?
You can change your shipping address in your Brown Sugar Box account, or you can Email us at support@izzyandliv.com to update it for you. If you make any changes to your mailing address in your dashboard anytime after you subscribe or your subscription renews please email us immediately to confirm if it is not too late to have your address manually updated in time for the current box.
You can update your payment information in your Brown Sugar Account as well. Due to security, safety and required encryption, please do not email us with payment information to be updated. That must be done by you and you only, directly via our secure billing system.
MY BOX WAS RETURNED TO YOU. WILL IT BE RESHIPPED?
If your Brown Sugar Box is returned back to us, your box can be reshipped for a fee of $7.99 or credit for the cost of the box will be applied towards your next renewal date. Any changes to your mailing addressMUSTbe made prior to rebilling. Whatever address is on file at the time of renewal on the 28th is the address your box will be shipped to. To verify your address or make updates you can do so in your Brown Sugar Account or alternatively, contact us atsupport@izzyandliv.comand we can do so for you.
I AM AN INFLUENCER AND WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW THE BROWN SUGAR BOX. CAN I RECEIVE A BOX TO REVIEW?
You can email us at support@izzyandliv.com with information about your social media, blog or vlog including traffic and subscriber stats (include social media channels) for consideration. Subject: Brown Sugar Box Review Request.
I HAVE A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION, WILL I GET A BOX ONCE A MONTH?
With a gift subscription, you get the same box every month as everyone else. It is just paid up front and you save a little more that way.
I WANT A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION BUT I DON'T WANT TO PAY ALL AT ONCE. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
If you do not want to pay for a gift subscription all at once, you can order a regular monthly recurring subscription and set the ship to address to the person you are gifting the box to but the billing information would be your information. You could also change the email address in the account to the person you are gifting to so that they would get the shipping notifications each month. If you want the person you are gifting to be able to manage the account themselves (so change their size at anytime themselves, skip months, change shipping address, etc.) you can give them access to the account by providing them with the username (which will be the email on the account) and password (that you create and they can change at anytime). If you want a gift subscription to be separate from your own account dashboard, when purchased, order under a different email address, otherwise, if you get a box already, the 2nd subscription will be added and managed under your existing box account, and not as 2 separate account dashboards. One thing to note is that the 1, 3, 6 and 12-month subscriptions do not renew after the time frame (so if you bought 3 months, after 3 months it would not renew for another 3 months). The monthly non-gift versions will renew indefinitely until it is canceled. So if you did not want to pay for more than say 3 months, you would need to cancel after 3 months, or you would need to have the person you are gifting to change the billing info to their billing information if they want to keep it.
