Absolutely! You can choose one, two, or all the clubs. You also have the flexibility to cancel or skip any club at any time.

Yes! Every item in your club shipment is a brand-new drop, never released on the site before. Club members are the first to get them, and we only produce enough for our members to limit overstock.

No—not unless we have leftover inventory, which may be sold at non-club prices. However, we primarily order for our members to limit overstock, so availability is not guaranteed.

Nope! If you choose a bi-monthly plan, you are only billed in the months when your shipment is scheduled to go out. You will not be charged in the off-months.

We’re moving toward a made-to-order model to be more intentional and efficient. This allows us to:

• Eliminate waste and overage/excess by producing exactly what is needed for the club members who want it.

• Offer deeper discounts than one-off product drops.

• Ensure availability for our most dedicated customers.

We will still be dropping non-club items and special edition boxes, but as the world evolves, so are we—creating a more sustainable way to bring you the products you love!

Your first shipment will be the next available club shipment month (see the details on the club sign up page for details). and then you will receive shipments every other month after that. If you’d like to switch which months you receive your shipments, please contact customer service.

We recommend subscribing for a monthly plan  and then manually skipping months as desired in your club admin account. This allows you to stagger your club shipments while maintaining your subscription and discounts.

Club prices are already discounted heavily off of normal item prices, however, we are currently offering an extra  discount off your very first month, for any clubs you join. Plus, you earn cashback rewards on every purchase, so your club renewals also add to your Brown Sugar Rewards rewards account!

We get it—everyone’s lifestyle and budget are different. That’s why we created Brown Sugar Clubs flexible and customizable. You don’t have to join every club. You can:

• Pick the club(s) that bring you the most joy, choosing only the categories you love most.

• Choose how often you receive your shipments (monthly or bi-monthly)

• Skip months or cancel anytime with no fuss

No, club shipments will be sent in leaner packaging to keep costs down and make shipping more efficient. However, special edition boxes will ship in our signature Brown Sugar Box packaging. Look out for those drops!

Yes! While you’ll know the category of the clubs you subscribe to (tee, socks, accessories, loungewear, etc.), the exact designs, styles, and prints will be a surprise!

Club shipments are only available as part of a subscription. If you’d like to try just one month, get a monthly subscription, which can be canceled at any time on or before the next box shipment/billing cutoff

As these are surprise clubs, while we cannot accept returns, we absolutely want to hear from you about what you like and don't like. Email us at support@izzyandliv.com and tell us what you didn't love. Your feedback will help us to make sure we make this club as amazing and valuable as it can be. (Note: exceptions made for damages or receipt of wrong items only)

If you received your shipment and you are missing an item, an item has been damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong size shirt, please email us at support@izzyandliv.com within 7 days from receipt of your box and we will replace the item for you. Unfortunately, after 7 days from the date your order has been delivered, we will not replace the item.  

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, but we welcome your feedback to improve. Email us at support@izzyandliv.com to share your thoughts -  we value your feedback and our mission is to make every shipment more than worth your while!

We have paused the monthly Brown Sugar Box subscription and transitioned to a more customizable, made-to-order model with Brown Sugar Clubs. While the original subscription box is no longer available, we will be dropping fully loaded special edition Brown Sugar Boxes a few times a year. These will be pre-order only and first come, first served. Stay tuned for announcements!

You can change your shipping address in your customer account, or you can Email us at support@izzyandliv.com to update it for you. If you make any changes to your mailing address in your dashboard anytime after you subscribe or your subscription renews please email us immediately to confirm if it is not too late to have your address manually updated in time for the current box.

You can update your payment information in your Customer Account as well. Due to security, safety and required encryption, please do not email us with payment information to be updated. That must be done by you and you only, directly via our secure billing system.
