FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

❓ Will clubs ship in the signature Brown Sugar Box?

No, club shipments will be sent in leaner packaging to keep costs down and make shipping more efficient. However, special edition boxes will ship in our signature Brown Sugar Box packaging. Look out for those drops!

❓ When does the glow up club ship, and when will I be billed?

The very first swag club drop will release end of May. Your first charge happens at sign-up, and your next charge happens on the 20th of June.
After that, you will renew on the 1st of every other month unless you skip or cancel.

First Charge: At sign-up (Pre-order)
First Shipment: drops in ebd of May (pre-order, pre-sale)
Next Charge (Renewal): June 20th (AFTER their first shipment drop).

❓ Can I change my address, or subscription details?

Yes! You can update your size (if applicable), shipping address, or frequency before your next billing cycle.

❓ Can I cancel or skip a month?

Yes! You can cancel or skip anytime before your next billing cycle.

❓ Are club items a surprise?

Yes! While you’ll know the category of the clubs you subscribe to (tee, socks, accessories, loungewear, etc.), the exact designs, styles, and prints will be a surprise!

❓What kind of items will I get?

Each shipment is a surprise, but expect a mix of at least two (2) everyday essentials with a cultural twist, like:

✔ Travel & work-ready accessories✔ Unique trinkets, sunglasses, jewelry, gadgets & accessories

❓ If I choose bi-monthly and see an item I love from an off-month, can I still get it?

No, we do not repeat items. If we have extra inventory after fulfilling club member orders, we may sell remaining pieces to non-club members at full price. However, because we operate on a pre-order model, we produce just enough for committed members, with minimal overstock beyond contingency and errors.

❓ Can I sign up for one month and not auto-renew?

Club shipments are only available as part of a subscription. If you’d like to try just one month, get a subscription, which can be canceled at any time on or before the next box shipment/billing cutoff

❓ What If I do not like what I get in my club shipment?

As this is a surprise club, while we cannot accept returns, we absolutely want to hear from you about what you like and don't like. Email us at support@izzyandliv.com and tell us what you didn't love. Your feedback will help us to make sure we make this club as amazing and valuable as it can be. (Note: exceptions made for damages or reciept of wrong items only)

❓ Do you accept exchanges?

If you received your shipment and you are missing an item, an item has been damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong size shirt, please email us at support@izzyandliv.com within 7 days from receipt of your box and we will replace the item for you. Unfortunately, after 7 days from the date your order has been delivered, we will not replace the item.  

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, but we welcome your feedback to improve. Email us at support@izzyandliv.com to share your thoughts -  we value your feedback and our mission is to make every shipment more than worth your while!

❓How can I update my shipping or payment information?

You can change your shipping address in your customer account, or you can Email us at support@izzyandliv.com to update it for you. If you make any changes to your mailing address in your dashboard anytime after you subscribe or your subscription renews please email us immediately to confirm if it is not too late to have your address manually updated in time for the current box. 

You can update your payment information in your Customer Account as well. Due to security, safety and required encryption, please do not email us with payment information to be updated. That must be done by you and you only, directly via our secure billing system.
